The Prime Minister rightly said that the urgent need to increase defence spending is a ‘generational challenge’. It requires a generational response. Raiding the aid budget does not meet that standard. My letter to @thetimes.com today

Meet St Blaise, who led the procession of light through St Blazey to the church yesterday evening for a festival service in his honour, including the blessing of throats.
