Thank you @cornwallairamb for such an interesting visit to your HQ today. As the first Air Ambulance in the UK, they’re an iconic Cornish organisation and save hundreds of lives every year. A really impressive team who are rightly supported by people across Cornwall

The Prime Minister rightly said that the urgent need to increase defence spending is a ‘generational challenge’. It requires a generational response. Raiding the aid budget does not meet that standard. My letter to @thetimes.com today
