Yes. All the time. We just moved, and I think I found small lego pieces in at least 5 boxes that had nothing to do with toys/kid stuff.

It's incredibly insulting. How can these companies expect AP Calculus teachers with advanced degrees to work to minimum wage?! For every hour I spend teaching, I spend an additional hour preparing, grading, and giving feedback. I'm worth more than $10 per hour.

I feel this. I'm so American, I had three different ancestors on the Mayflower and one ancestor from Jamestown. I love researching family history, but at times like this, I wish I had ancestors who immigrated more recently.

New construction is so nice! You'll enjoy that. We went with a newer build this time (4 years old), but our previous house was over 100 years old. It had tons of character, but way too many projects. I bet the market will pick back up this spring!
