We debuted a new game called Tricky Landing which we have a small print run of. It is a dexterity trick-taking game about clowns being fired from circus cannons where you have to throw the cards on the table! With artwork by our daughter 😊

Had an excellent playtest of Roller Disco yesterday and we are pushing on with artwork and design now. Here is a pic of the colour palette to get that fun, vibrant 80s style!

Really fun day of gaming at Mid Sussex Meeples today with 8yo.
We played Tenby and Fate of the Fellowship at 5p. Both lovely and a narrow victory in Fate of the Fellowship.
Then some ridiculous mascot racing with a 6p game of Hot Streak which was lots of fun!

Great Lewes Board Gamers game night to warm up for UKGE and the 8yo joined as it was half-term! Started with Moving Wild, the Fuji Flush, Fromage and Istanbul. Great mix of games.
8yo won Fuji Flush and Fromage so may not be inviting back 😅

So happy to finally add Nokosu Dice to my collection! Had the chance to play once and it was wonderful, the dice drafting element and how the last dice makes your trick bid is so clever 🎲

Had a really fun time playing My Favourite Things published by @playforkeepsgames.bsky.social yesterday evening. A trick-taking party game where you play with a hand of another players’ favourite things of a particular topic which they have ranked. We had a brilliant time with so many laughs!

Buttons & Bugs is a fun, quick Gloomhaven that can play with 8yo and let him make decisions with providing a bit of help on the rules. A really little campaign to play together, second run through now with Mindthief

Had a really nice evening playing a few trick-takers this evening. American Bookshop is an all time fave, great to play Dog Tag Trick again which haven’t played for some time and Trickarus continues to get a lot of table time. Great evening!

Playtest of our new Roller Disco themed card game. Went really well and core mechanics worked as planned. Some interesting feedback on different scoring options. Very happy! Hope you had a good week
