I know nothing about Project 2025. I have no idea who is behind it. I disagree with some of the things they're saying and some of the things they're saying are absolutely ridiculous and abysmal. Anything they do, wish them luck, but I have nothing to do with them. -DJT

Heres what I sent to all my reps today.
Hello, my name is <me> and I am a resident of Colorado, specifically CD4. I am calling today to request information on the current admin's use of a billionaire to cut spending within our government. While I applaud cutting wasteful spending, I have grave concerns about the people and methods that are being used. Per federal law, everyone working at Treasury must sign a security agreement outlining conflicts of interest and things like data confidentiality, password security, reporting requirements, and how to report security breaches. With the announcement today that Musk is now an unelected special government employee, I wish to enquire if these actions have taken place and that some oversight is being done both with Mr. Musk and everyone he has placed at Treasury, along with the same assurances above for the workers he installed. I have a lot of concerns that someone like Mr. Musk could use this data, doing things like correlating social media signups with IRS files to dox citizens. I also have major concerns that Congress seems to be ceding the purse strings to the current admin. Thank you for your time.

Hegseth is one example where Armed Services Committee member, Sen. Joni Ernst (R-IA) indicated she wouldn't support him before an advertising campaign dropped against her back home. Ernst is up for reelection in 2026, and MAGA loyalists threatened to take away her job if she stood up to Trump.
