When I talk about service, it’s not theory. I grew up watching it. This is my dad in Korea. His service, like so many others’, shaped how I understand commitment. On Veterans Day, I’m grateful for all who’ve worn the uniform and for the example they set. We honor them with thanks and with action.

My years as a doctor taught me to listen first, understand the problem, then find solutions. That’s how I’ll serve in Congress, and it’s how I’ll fight for Western North Carolina, with leadership rooted in service, not politics.
