It's Very Okay to only be able to do what you can & not push further, but I also recognize & share the frustration in how small that can feel. I have to tell myself it's okay, too, & believe it. The alternative idea of wearing myself down to meet an invisible/imposed metric becomes nonsense feeling.

As not-fun as it sounds, doing nude anatomy studies is a great way to start. Sketch pages of bits and bobs, and how they connect/hang from the body. Will save you a lot of frustration in the long run!
