Takes me back to watching it being built, being in awe of it on full bore from our top floor school form room (1968 - '70) - & the horrible taste & smell of being underneath the smoke & steam fall-out when fishing in R. Trent if wind from wrong direction, before the scrubbers & filters were fitted.

I **love** dark chocolate & the more less-sweet & bitter (dry?) the better. But I fear the modern sweet-sugary-tooth is agin us. ie: the current interpretation of "cider" as sweet pop.

Compared to the godawful Titanic "Plum Porter" this was not "sweet". But totally agree. 👍
