Just use it, no point at all in giving Highland Titles any money. Personal use won't infringe their trademark, they can't do anything about what anybody wishes to call themselves.

Doug was just a little economical with the truth there. Highland Titles have had several run ins with Advertising Standards, not least because they advertised the land as being "in Glencoe" when it wasn't , and linking to faked up complimentary newspaper articles. Then there was Trading Standards!
