Measles have been eradicated or kept in check in most countries because of vaccination. To talk about treating measles is reactive at best. It means you’ve allowed it to come back and now you have to treat it. Vaccination is purely preventative and stops people from getting sick in the first place.

That’s the problem with a guy who doesn’t care if he loses a few millions here and there. He’s got more than enough to go by. Not so for the small business owner or a household who sees their savings evaporate.
