Anthony has wanted a pair of Staffordshire dogs for some time. I told him not to buy the modern ones and I’d keep an eye out. Got these for £26 including the slap at auction. Genuine 1850s (ish) examples - small firing hole, no maker’s mark, gap between legs not moulded etc. He loves them!

Double delight today - gorgeous set of solid silver and guilloche enamel spoons SOLD and another star seller badge to add to the collection!
