I was at the massages therapist today and I told her I had a slight twinge in my upper/inner arm, but that I was not sure it was anything she could help me with. She took one look at me, turned and printed at an anatomical drawing and told me it was my chest muscle.

I just saw the sun for the first time since early November, and I can already feel my spirits lifting.
Whoever decided to call seasonal depression the SAD has an incredible sense of humor
