we had a local screening of this film and it really made me think about my community involvement and how it has helped me " come to life" . I haven't left my work with neuromodulation behind, but I feel like I am in an era of co-regulation, through music and art.

Found a cream puff filled with tasty fruits, got clean MRI result from some worrisome testing and had a lovely cold beverage on a porch in a rainstorm. Amidst the horrors, the treats keep coming.

this is fascinating. I have a long ago history with the Waldorf school.. it's one of my careers that kind of didn't work out, but is a thread that weaves through many of my current doings. Just sewed a Waldorf style pouch for some tools, in fact.
