Just got the results from my annual biometric screening for work. I’m about 50 lbs lighter and lost 5 inches off my waist. Bloodwork was all in the green. 👍

I have the opposite issue. I've lost approx 65 lbs over the last year and a half. All my clothes are falling off of me but I still feel like I'm carrying the same weight around.
