Oof! Probably no help, but here's my story: Found a leak in the ceiling/wall. Turns out it was the only section NOT replaced in the rebuild before I bought. They opened it up and the culprit was an old leaky copper pipe. (Finally got motivated to inspect because my dog chewed up a Floor Mushroom.)
