Sun is shining. Big team in today finishing of the bud rubbing in the Pinot Noir block to clear the trunk of unwanted shoots and even more importantly doing the the shoot selection on last years wood that we tied down after pruning. All looks in great shape. 😎#englishwine #pinotnoir #viticulture

1st tasting of potential blends. Sparks and stills at home, out of the usual winery environment. So naturally the samples are in classic Munich beer crate with wasabi grown in the background and some random bananas and fruit bowl.
