Due to spilled not having clearance to enter like Koana he instead takes the chance to travel and goes to doma where he learns samurai and essentially gets pulled into the stormbood plot by K'orro.
Which then leads to him filling as WoL while K'orro is stuck in the first.

So this is mostly dumb headcanon, spilled was originally a member of the landsguard.

Zoraal Ja sends hin with Koana to sharlayan both as an arrogant
"well my men are the only ones trained enough to do a good job"
and a little bit because he does cares about his siblings even if he won't admit it.

this wasn't planned when I made this guy like 10 years ago, but I've decided his name is a simplified combo of his adoptive miqote mothers clan

K' = Hipparion
and
Roeh = rough

chosen by his adoptive roegadyn father symbolising the rough waves weathered on the trip rom bozja

so K'roeh / K'orro

- The only belongings he had was the cloth he was wrapped in and a pendant belonging to his mother which he later learned was a soul crystal.
this same soul crystal was the warrior one he would come to wield.
