But on earth you can deploy easily the same liquid cooled computation capacity in for instance Amsterdam Science Park, a global internet hub, where the residual heat from several large datacenters is re-used to heat university (lab) buildings, dormitory rooms and apartments.

Alas the EU is funding such a feasibility study.

OECD-countries start banning smartphones from classrooms after PISA-scores (math, reading, science) for 15 yo began to slide since 2012.
Happened more in Internet & social media savvy OECD-countries. It is not an inequality, funding or Covid-problem.

The core problem was gas guzzling, which did hit harder after 1973 and in particular 1979. The Chrysler Sunbeam wasn't a small car, but the typical "American" car always was one size larger.

In the 1970s and early 1980s GM (Opel, Vauxhall) and Ford were market leaders in the Netherlands, ahead of Volkswagen.

There's a major relationship in the rise of nazism in Germany and the extent cities and regions were protestant or secularized vs a strong constituency for the Zentrumpartei (Konrad Adenauer was a leader of that party with deep Roman Catholic Rerum-Novarum-roots).

Vooraf rechtmatigheid door rechters laten toetsen is bij websiteblokkades vereist.
