Since attacking and capturing Zamzam IDP Camp, RSF has reportedly prevented people from escaping Zamzam. There are credible reports that RSF has committed extrajudicial killings and sexual violence in the IDP camp.

Russia changed its laws to expedite naturalization of children from Ukraine and make it appear legal to place them for adoption and fostering. HRL found at least 67 out of 314 children were naturalized - but the true number is likely much higher. hub.conflictobservatory.org/portal/apps/...

On 27 May 2022, a probable TU-154M with features consistent with Presidential Aircraft (SLO "Rossiya") livery was present at Rostov-on-Don North Airbase. All 314 children identified in this report came from Luhansk and Donetsk oblasts and were taken to as many as 21 regions in Russia since February 2022. The youngest was 2 years old; the oldest was 17 when they were taken to Russia. hub.conflictobservatory.org/portal/apps/...
