I may need to do some nibbling (for quality control purposes of course). Whatever is left on Monday morning, I will share with my coworkers. I recently got a fun Hanukkah tray for work cookie sharing.

We made paneletts (a Spanish cookie traditionally made for All Saints’ Day), guava go-gos (a delightfully crumbly cookie filled with guava paste), chocolate ganache Thumbprints (finished off with some Maldon sea salt flakes) and gingerbread snowflakes (because gingerbread is awesome).
Several dozen cookies are on cooling racks on a kitchen counter.
