At the #UNSC debate on IRMCT, Croatia🇭🇷 reaffirmed its strong support for the remaining work of the Mechanism, and preservation of the ICTY and ICTR legacy. Resolving the fate of 1740 missing Croatian citizens remains our long-standing priority.

At the annual #UNGA debate marking #R2P20, Croatia promoted national prevention as the cornerstone of atrocity prevention. We welcomed the focus on R2P focal points & National Human Rights Institutions - prevention starts at home. 🇭🇷 contributed also through the PBC & R2P GoF.
