Honestly I don’t remember. But from what it sounded like was if I was exposed it wouldn’t matter shot or not. I either have it or not. And I may be asymptomatic for up to 3-5 years

@ambetterhealth.bsky.social Called back and of course nothing has changed. They have assigned me a grievance coordinator, who instead of calling me sends me a letter. Which has yet to arrive. I called her and of course sent to voicemail

@ambetterhealth.bsky.social Did I ever get a call back? Nope. Does my prescription still held hostage? Yes Did I get a call to rate my experience? Yes!!! ALL ZEROS AND ONES. When a patient repeatedly calls you should be doing your level best to get them the care they need. I’ll be calling tomorrow

@ambetterhealth.bsky.social As expected the promise made 2 days ago over the phone was not fulfilled. As well as the email from Complaint services that went no where. I called Elizabeth Jimenez by her direct number. I left a message, no call back. Called back and it goes straight to voicemail
