The Mountbatten part of the Mountbatten Windsor name was created in 1960 for that very reason. Andrew was both in 1960. Mountbatten is the anglicised version of Battenberg, his family name.
Just as well as in Britain a Battenberg is one of these.

The "tariff shelf" is more like looking for spare cash behind the back of the settee / sofa; it very likely doesn't exist.

The building is listed so protected and the HMCts is required to maintain it's original character. They can be listed for historic or architectural significance. Which takes precedence; the architecture of the 19th century or the September 2025 one?

There's guidance for the press and there are cases where public interest applies (not the public gawping) but also proceeds of crime can be recovered.
