I was drawn to the snacks in the new shop that’s opened near us. I used to love the pork and squid back in the day, and I practically lived on mama noodles for a while in Bangkok. The husband wasn’t keen on the idea of me bringing the squid or pork snacks home. One day.

For once I followed your advice @andyukb.bsky.social and got the lovely Douro I bought last weekend. Also bagged another Waitrose freebie. Not letting the husband have them until December although he has other ideas. May need to hide them.
