hate speech also doesn’t cease to exist because it is disallowed. the solution isn’t to forcibly create an outgroup with no voice at all because when censorship exists it WILL continue to expand to cover more and more topics not deemed appropriate

this was SARCASM. there is not a universal code of morality that won’t shift and change with time. there’s a reason why free speech laws look the way they do to deal with fighting words and instigating violence. but censorship is fascism at an institutional level, not individual.
