This slide includes the “deployments”announced today in the Mayor’s press conference. We will continue to report out how funds actually get spent, since $3.5M budgeted to reimburse nonprofits may not be $3.5M used for that purpose depending on demand from eligible organizations.

Here’s the current FMR (fair market rent) for the St. Louis MSA as established by federal government. Fair market rent is the 40th percentile of gross rents for typical, non-substandard rental units occupied by recent movers in a local housing market. It’s gotten $$$, folks!

Here are the funds and what they each support. Citywide infrastructure, community development, workforce, and children & families all take a hit. Some overlap with uses for Downtown and North St. Louis Funds but street beautification and green space is one holdover from BB131.

Made it from the Colorado & Kansas borderline to St. Louis yesterday by driving slow and steady ❄️ We were very lucky that I-70 was closed before we were to get on it in Salina. Made a swoop down to Wichita-Joplin to get out of the storm.
