“The Voice” was an assimilationist project to essentially erase the Indigenous identity and legal power of Indigenous sovereignty’s by enshrining such a body in the settler colonial constitution.

Will this include West Papuans? Or better yet, will it exclude West Papuans because INDONESIA WILL LEAVE WEST PAPUA AND GIVE IT BACK TO ITS PEOPLE?
