Oh man, you have no clue lol. The short of it is that my family is kinda evil but I'm too busy with moving and with work to intervene. Also I was threatened with the police by my own mother. BUT I moved recently and I love my new room and my new freedom :D

The issue is that YouTube tends to just let you fight it out yourself to avoid legal issues and refuting the claim would mean I had to provide my legal name, which I was not about to hand over. Some fanart got them in a good mood and they lifted the claim themselves lol

I deleted the video though even though it was reinstated. I'm not giving them any reason to come back and claim the same video twice. I will never use an Aoi hashtag again 😂 I don't even care about her. They chose the most nothing character to hyperfixate on lol

I didn't wanna file a counter claim because you have to give them your legal name and stuff so I just like... drew them fanart lol. And they removed the strike and reinstated my video 😂 There was no way for me to safely fight it so I just bribed them basically. Probably a bad idea but ehh...
