Made a bean stew

Charred onion and bell pepper, guajillo, ancho, passila, chipotle - blended with a tin of tomato

Chorizo, onion, bell peppers, oregano, paprika - fried

Add black and butter beans. Add the chilli mix, add dark beer and game stock

Simmer for a couple of hours

On Sunday I made these pastry-less tarts for my breakfasts over the next week. Egg, cottage cheese, cornflour, gruyère, chorizo, tomato, spring onion. Easy to reheat in the morning.
