anyone else annoyed by platforms like @netlify.com and @cloudflare.social not using the @github.com deployments api?

(it allows running actions against deployed URLs as a 'gate' before approving the PR)

I just hacked together a quick GH Action for cloudflare (it should be easily modifiable)
