For years, Gazans were sent to Israeli hospitals for advanced treatment. One patient even tried to blow up the hospital with a suicide vest. That all stopped on October 7. It's hard to offer treatment to people when they're trying to murder you.

That's bullshit, but go right ahead and believe it if you want, because it's irrelevant. What counts is that Israel is a nation of about 10 million people, roughly 80% Jewish, who are not going to pack up and move, or lay down their arms to be slaughtered, just to keep you and your friends happy.
