I have been critical of Tel but he played well today and actually showed the potential he has. For me his best game yet for Spurs

That was a good win today
2 goals from open play.

Last season we would have crumpled like a hobnob biscuit

My word, Spurs are atrocious yet again.
We have forgotten how to pass properly and our front three are unbelievable bad

Muani doesn’t make the bench. Simon’s benched

Wonder what Aunty Viv and the Lewis clan thought of that tonight?
September 16, 2025 at 8:58 PM
Jeez, that was painful,
Midfield didn’t work
Attack didn’t work
Spurs went to sleep at HT and never woke up.
Did Simons play.
Someone said Johnson came on, did I hear right?

The good ship Hotspur has a new navigator, a new Captain and a new Owner and is embarking on its sea trials.  Whether she turns out to be a Thames Barge or an ocean going Sloop we will soon see.  Plenty of choppy waters ahead.

I thought I saw Uncle Joe in the directors box yesterday disguising himself with long hair wig but on second glance it was Aunty Viv!

This will be interesting to see who will play where.
This seems quite a physically weak team.
Any long throwers in there?

Finished 4-0. Lucky to get the nil.
That was as ‘Orrible as I hoped it wouldn’t be. If Bayern had scored 12 we couldn’t have complained.
The midfield was as strong as melted butter.

Still no Solanke or Udogie. Are we being told porkies re their match fitness ?

Update. Yesterday I couldn’t workout how to coordinate movement to eat breakfast toast and unsteady on feet when moving.. today brainfog is lifting and I was able to water the garden although it tired me out. I’m certainly not safe to drive yet.

What a week. Two trips to Hosp by ambulance with diagnosis ranging from Stroke TIA, Neurological events due to low BP and ending with bouts of delirium caused by infection to a vulnerable brain. Rather exhausted and certain,y not myself recently

Was blue lighted to John Radcliffe Hosp today from my Cardiac Rehab session with suspected stroke. Just had CT scan. Awaiting results now.

Tonight vrs Villa. 1
Palace 1
West Ham 2

Thought Ange was an attacking genius!

When the going gets tough, the tough get going - Spurs crumble.
May 16, 2025 at 8:05 PM
Spurs doing ok overall. Need the forwards to click though.
Thought we would be 3 down by now but so far so good.

Men against boys especially in midfield. Archie looks lost and Johnson a frightened rabbit
