If you come across this and feel trapped. I am here to help, listen, and at least help you plan your escape. At the very least, there's an extra mattress in a room here for someone to chill and find somewhere else to go if they're ever trapped like that. Like we were. You're stronger than you know.

I've been warned, banned, kicked out of, black listened, and threatened by so many soulbon/ders and the like for calling them out on their shitty behavior and refusing to go along with it- and encouraging others to do the same. To leave. To question everything and trust their gut.

Is it like, a open hot turkey sandwich, or a sand - witch that is hot (which I am thanks). A hot cat sandwich, which. Which one is it? Whichever you wish to believe. (it was @nonbinarybarks.bsky.social 's genius that came up with it.)

It may not be easy, and you may be really scared. But as someone who survived that kind of situation twice- once you're in the clear. Once you are SAFE. Its the greatest feeling in the world. The escape route is there, it just may be something you haven't thought of yet. But you can do it.

It wont be easy. Escape. Piece yourself back together. Keep the things inside you protected too. These are pieces of you that are there to help YOU and no one else.
Nothing bad is going to happen. Youll be okay. Enjoy this life as who you are now. Because you only get one shot at this life.

For fucks sake they can NOT channel them. Because even if they say that they are. And it's all good at first. This is a trick up weaken your guard and earn your trust. And dependency. Because why trust whats in your mind when you can hear it from their lips. Its bullshit. And you know it, deep down.

You arent Sailor Moon, you arent any other of those magical girl heroes or whatever. You are YOU. Not some fictional thing they say you are. If there are others in your headspace with you that were there all along- good. Dont let these monsters put words in their mouths. They cant channel them.

By chance anyone sees this and is in a similar situation like the examples I gave here. Youre welcome to reach out to me. You can get away. You can break yourself from their clutches. There is no magical destiny. You are just supposed to enjoy this life as a boring little human. And thats okay.

They may try to tell you 'Oh X has a message for you!' and of course that message ties into them and their magical bullshit. Don't you dare fucking believe it. If X had a message for you. They'd tell your their damn selves, via dreams, or whatever other tools you use. Trust your intuition.

Trust your gut, trust yourself. No one can tell you what your spirit guide, soulbond, alter, or whatever fucking word you use for them said. Don't let them speak for your safespace. You have that because you need it, and never let anyone, not matter who they are. Make you second guess it.

So the story is straight back on them so theyre the center of attention. And god fucking forbid you actually have a real life medical emergency. Because count on them to either bring up something that happened (it didnt really happen. but oh they believe it did) or create something new.

They will take this very safe, spiritual thing, these connections that you have inside your creative world, dreams, safe space that has helped you so much in life- they take it and twist to their own means. They drive you and yours nuts. If you need help, or are upset. Theyll make up something else.

If you don't go along with it and believe them, if your 'headmates' for lack of a better term show any pushback, or question. Or standup for you. Theyre the enemy, they're a 'fake'. Critical thinking is all but snuffed out. You trust THEM and THEM ALONE. No one else is as enlighten as they are.

But there are dangerous people in this world who will see you have this 'gift' and use it to manipulate you. To draw you in, they make you feel more than human, twist things so your destiny and this spiritual thing is tied with these. Drag you and yours all around in a miserable story they create.
