Why don’t restaurants understand that the tails should be removed from shrimp if it is going in pasta or grits? I’m fine using the tails as a handle for boiled or fried, but I should not need to stick my fingers in Alfredo sauce to be able to enjoy my meal at a nice restaurant! Irk.
