I’ve had fun dressing a little nicer this year and finding comfort in stretchy work pants, BUT my kids said my outfit “ate” and I startled @treborrebrag.bsky.social with my “professionalism”

Forgot to update about our new kitty!

Our three year old decided on naming her Gremlin and she’s settling in so well! We’ve had her since Saturday afternoon and she’s already litter trained and has ventured out of hiding!!

My toddler has BIG sensory issues and has never been able to handle a haircut well… this little boy just asked me to and let me cut his hair when I was cutting his daddy’s 😭

I’m so proud of him!! The clippers having a vacuum feature absolutely worked well and is the reason he managed!

This is @treborrebrag.bsky.social’s Christmas gift to my son and my niece and nephew… spent the morning labeling, building game pieces and generally just playing the game we developed 🤣

We’re all just trying to make it to Friday 🤪

So that’s how I spent $5 on a drink I didn’t want and tipped $3 more just because I *do* love this kid and she was so excited to tell her mom I visited 🤣

Her grade ALSO went from and F to a B over the course of the semester. Most kids, when they tell you care, will put in the work too.

Real friends know that something’s up when you’re the voracious reader and not currently reading anything. 🤣

I normally wear a lot of black, white, purple, and green.

Today, I grabbed a shirt I hadn’t worn to work because… well my husband told me it looked like a pajama top. This morning I put it on anyway.
