I've been looking around for certain TWS IEM adapters that turn wired IEMs with detachable recessed 2-pin 0.78mm pin cables and KBEAR released their BT15 PRO just recently on Amazon for $30. These are game changers for those who prefer wearing IEMs, but don't want to dangle the cable anywhere.
