I can't believe they're reprinting these issues in the year 2025. and these were just SOME of the bad examples from volume one.

i feel like i'm too much of a perfectionist to enjoy colour. i can see so many things wrong with this, but idk how to perfectly replicate these things. if this were in black and white with screentones it'd be no problem 🥹
anyway, this is as done as it's gonna get. i think this took like 3-4 hours

Last week I VERY quickly learned that ferrying merch in various containers shapes, sizes, and materials was a terrible idea.
This week I have upgraded to old milk crates with linen linings to keep things clean and contained. Hopefully this works out better!!

so I've just learned that the sewing machine that i use and LOVE is about 270$ to buy on ebay (and regularly sells for anywhere from 250$-300$)
so shout out to the grandma who sold it to me for 2$ at a church sale
Also this is it (i think) in the 1976 sears catalogue!!

This year we got more garden space, so we're going to plant more tomatoes! I'm also more confident in this method and keeping plants alive, so we splurged and made a *fancy new* string trellis for the tomatoes!
