In Canada, Lee Valley sells tinsel made of tin, and each one has a little hook like a candy cane. They come in a tube of 50 and add just enough to the tree to look good and nothing dangerous for animals (unless your pet likes to chew metals)..

All things being equal I will be back to do this again next year. For those who missed this weekend, you will find me and my work at the Kawartha Potters Guild holiday sale, November 14-16, and for my SCA peeps, I will likely be at Feast of the Hare the following weekend.

Many thanks as well to all of my visitors, friends, returning and new customers. I love being able to show what I do, and talk about pottery. Special interaction this weekend was meeting a contemporary from high school and so there was much catching up and reminiscing. Very small world.

And lots of watering in the germination stage. If you don’t, you get nothing.

Also almost 30 years of amending the vegetable gardens.

Actually, statistics suggest they do work. And for those who don’t feel it applies to them, one assumes they can afford to pay.

Super enjoyed the concert. Have been dealing with *things* and it was so wonderful to have my mood lightened and enjoy myself. My one small kibbit is that the balance was off between the instruments and voices. You folks have wonderful harmonies, let them shine.
