#guacamole part 2. Stir with a knife, keeping it fairly chunky. Adjust salt, lime juice and Tabasco until the avocado is balanced out with heat, salt and sourness. It should smack you round a bit. Serve with Mexican lager and plain corn chips.

Let me explain my cover photo. It is the ingredients for the #guacamole that has been a major source of kudos in my life. Avocados, seeded tomatoes coarsely chopped, spring onions sliced finely, one garlic clove crushed, salt, lime juice, Tabasco, coriander leaves.

@electricalwsop.bsky.social I saw Big Black and Shellac play in Melbourne. Steve Albini was a great admirer of Walter Lindrum. I had a dream of taking him to see Lindrum's billiards table grave. It will never happen now. 61 is way too young.
