fwiw my morrowind disc from 2003 still boots up on my xsx, and digital purchases from nearly 20 years ago are still respected. not to mention giving out the new GoW remake free to anyone who bought the remaster. so their report card in that area is marginally better than their competitors.

it was rough at first but eventually they finally made the blank-check pirate game they’ve been trying to make since the 90’s. MS was cultivating a lot of creative independence in their studios like double fine and obsidian until the ActBlizz purchase. since them its been nothing but layoffs.

“criticism of israeli policies” is underselling it. don’t you think the hyper-militaristic apartheid state that regularly sponsors hate crimes might need a bit more than a regime change? israel actively cultivates hatred & racism, it’s woven into the culture and it needs to change from the ground up

who’s ‘they’, and why is any criticism of the state of israel offensive to all jewish people? many jewish people are appalled and offended that their faith and history is being used to justify some of the most egregious war crimes in modern history.

why do we have to take aim at SW for aimless dunking? women are allowed to express sexuality and still have rights. she’s a hypocrite for supporting an administration which condemns women’s sexual expression. labeling her as a “paid escort” makes you no better than the other guys in that regard.

idk about under the hood but on the surface yeah it looks like all the models, textures, and assets were redone from the ground up. it’s easily the best looking game on switch 1 and it’s 60 fps locked.

i wouldn’t go that far. undertale wasn’t blowing anything out of the water technically but it’s a masterpiece in writing and storytelling, not to mention the soundtrack. yandere sim is fun but it’s nowhere near that level creatively.

i meeeean most titanfall 2 modes are PvPvE, and whoever is the losing team has the chance to extract for a chance at extra XP and the match not counting as a loss, so it’s not out of character.
