Never have we needed a leader like Ed Davey more than we do now.

The mainstream media agenda is laid bare in the UK with the amount of airtime and coverage #Farage is given daily.

They are shaping the political narrative that Nigel Farage is the PM in waiting despite the election being 4 years away.

This is unprecedented.

Trump is on perfect form with science lately.

Next will he be telling us all that the world is flat?

Trump tells UN that climate change is a 'con job'
President Donald Trump dismissed climate change as “the greatest con job” in the world during his address to the United Nations General Assembly on Tuesday, doubling down on his skepticism of global environmental initiatives and multilateral institutions.

The only country to have left the ECHR in this century is Russia... and they were expelled.

Is that really the example you want Britain to follow?

The Tories are the biggest hypocrites in parliament.

The fact they leave a legacy of scandals, corruption, and destruction, means their opinions on Labour mean absolutely nothing.

I'm absolutely loving how the US Congress is prepared for Farage and having none of his BS.

What did Farage really think would happen? That everyone in the US would welcome him with open arms and believe every word of his BS?

I'm so glad he got called out.

Wow, the unhinged reform voters on X are getting a bit worked up.

I'm glad I don't engage with politics over there anymore.

It really has become a cesspit of right-wing rage bait.

Another rage bait news article from the #BBC.

It's odd that this sort of news is increasing along with the bile that both #Reform and the #Tories are propagating on social media. 🤔
Record 111,000 UK asylum applications in past year, figures show
The latest data, which covers Labour's first year in office, also shows the government is processing cases faster.

With all that's going on in the UK, I can't help but feel the #LibDems will be the ones that pick up the pieces come the next election.

#Labour are looking increasingly clueless, the #Tories leave behind a legacy of shame, and #Reform are just a big meme.
August 10, 2025 at 2:58 PM
I'm perusing through the #LibDems manifesto from the 2024 General Election, and they easily have the most comprehensive plan for the #NHS.

I really hope that voters give the Lib Dems more votes at the next GE so that they can get into government to help fix the NHS and solve the UK's problems.
August 7, 2025 at 11:22 PM
I wonder if the dissatisfaction of the two main parties will cause more disenfranchised Labour and Tory voters to move towards the #LibDems?

We are at a fracture point with #Labour, and the #Tories have left a legacy of chaos.

As for #Reform, it seems as though they may have peaked too soon.

#Labour are destroying themselves, and it's painful to watch.

They have a massive majority and a huge mandate, yet they are terrified of being Labour.

If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen.

I'm not a huge Starmer supporter by any means, but it seems like Labour laid the perfect trap for both the Tories and Reform over the EU.

I really hope Labour can get a decent deal with the EU.

I'm so tired of all the Brexit BS.

It's time to reset and move on.

We need to be extremely mindful of how our division over the Left and Centre ground is going to enable #Reform to slip into power at the next general election.

I don't need to remind you what that will do to our democracy and the institutions we currently use.
May 15, 2025 at 9:17 AM
Did anyone else notice the tone of Starmer in #PMQs today towards Plaid’s Liz Saville Roberts?

I think it's safe to say that they are shedding millions of voters the more they behave like this.

We are witnessing the slow death of the Labour party.

As things currently stand, they will not fix the NHS or social care, they will not reduce inequality, and they will not win the next general election.

The results for the local elections are disappointing if you are opposed to Farage and co, but not surprising given the political climate.
