Brilliant result against all odds for #AFC, and once again rather poor play while a full XI. But this keeps slight chance at title alive. But, a real impact 9 is needed. Activate $120 mil clause for Isak and go all in Josh Kroenke. City will be back. This is year to push #WOLARS

Dreadful start for #AFC. More of the same. Static. Rigid. In some ways, looks like early Chelsea under Mourinho without Drogba and Lampard to provide time scoring. Just stark contrast from 18 months ago when flying offensively, patterns of play, triangles on edge of box etc #WOLARS

Such a poor second half from #AFC Leggy uninspired. January reinforcements are beyond necessary if a push is to be made for UCL and maybe FA Cup with League Cup squarely in sight with team already in semis. Title has to be on back burner I would think once Liverpool hammers United tomorrow. #BHAARS

Utterly tepid and meek offensively from #AFC especially once they went up 1-0. Not surprising same pattern from late spring and this season. Flowing patterns with triangles on the left and overloads on the right side things of past. All thats left is set pieces 🤯. Title well done for #BHAARS

Other than goal #AFC has not created anything close to a meaningful chance. Hardly any efforts at goal, let alone on goal. Not sure why this outfit essentially same one from 15 months ago that was creating loads of chances is now so tight/ rigid and just bland offensively #BHAARS

Hard to see this variation of #AFC find a winner other than a set piece. Well drilled and organized but feel more like a Mourinho style outfit from his earlier days at Chelsea than a Pep pre flowing offensive machine this season. Saka big miss. But even with him, feels off and rigid #BHAARS

What a disappointment yesterday was for #AFC. And this #MCIMUN result only adds to the disappointment. This truly was the year. And this is a bottle job domestically. I did not see it like that past 2 years because of the City juggernaut. But this year, thats a fair description

Finally Gabi Jesus cameo today was shambolic. Pulled out from taking his chance after Rice’s clever pass. He brings no threat atm. Trossard also so poor. Havertz was very quiet and not involved. Another performance that backs those who say #AFC cant win without a proper 9 #FULARS
