Reaction Plus seems to be doing well, some figures have sold out. They definitely under-produced the BATs and Fatal Fluffies for the army builders out there.
Ultimates is probably a flop sales wise, nothing is sold out except for some exclusives.

Apparently they had more G.I. Joe waiting to go but got cold feet after the repaint wave failed to fund.
They've probably just shifted entirely to Reaction Plus for that license.
