its also nice that i havent convinced myself that im going to be 100% awesome everyday and as soon as im not reverting back to square one. ive had several no good off days but making it consistent routine has made taking care of myself when i dont want to easier

its funny too its happened during this part of the year. consistently fall and winter summons the worst in me and i fall into certain episodes but.. ive been doing really good.. ive even been a little jolly for the holidays

ive been getting up early, studying art, maintaining good hygiene, and exercising and eating twice a day (minimum!) ive been reading and going outside and talking to people.. crazy how like.. letting yourself be a person makes you want to live

Ok actually i do have 1 thing. It was an incredibly dense batch of episodes yes, the tonal shifts were like jumping out of a plane, but to say arcane ended Poorly is plain wrong. Every conclusion exceeded my expectations and for how much time they had, it was pulled off marvelously
