A fortnight later, I can safely say 1k Calories a day is fucking rough even if i enjoy the food.
I can say it was good for me tho, But im very bored of being hungry like all day.

Idk how much weight iv lost over the past fortnight, but i dont think i look that much smaller.
But my waist strap is like an inch looser, I feel more engeritic, have more stamina overal and my knees dont hurt like sin nearly as fast as they did.
