Snapped this after a HIIT workout. Felt a nice glimmer of starting to see my work paying off in my shoulders and arms. Now time to keep up the diet. Down to 235lbs and 20% bodyfat. Incredible shrinking pony. :p ✨🥔🦄🌈🏋️♀️
