I didn't know that! Our deer herd up by the lakeshore around Jan due to less snow there, which is nice because we don't have to worry about hitting them in most areas when driving. But we don't have our snow cover yet so I guess the ticks are making the most of our mild winter so far!

Oh wow, is that abnormal for this time of year for you? The last 3 years have been so warm in the fall that I have pulled at least one tick off my cats. Dog gets bravecto but I pulled one off of him too in the spring. When I was a kid, we never even worried about ticks.

This branch of the lutheran faith are mainly trump supporters. We got a ton of them up here & they are taught at an early age that if you don't belong to their church, you are going to hell. Women are to make babies & men are to be obeyed. You are shunned if you marry outside the church.
