Sadly misogyny is universal. Voting for an intelligent black woman was a bridge too far for some. It’s hard to believe we live in the 21 first century. Dear oh dear we have a long way to go.

I miss Carl Sagan. Both men are exceptional with their intelligence and timeless wisdom. I do hope sanity prevails and we as a species will heed their scientific and philosophical advice. Because no one is coming to save us from our stupidity.

Denialism is a hell of a thing.I think a lot of people deliberately stay climate denialists because it’s comfortable to stay with the ignorant crowd and do nothing. There are so many positive and doable solutions.We just need to embrace them for a liveable future.

Yes true. It’s also been decades of the ignorant ignoring the science. An apple falling on the heads of the selfish will change nothing. How do you get those in power to listen? How do you get these vital discoveries on all mainstream networks? How do you get people to understand climate change?

I can’t imagine the despair of brilliant minds hitting their heads against brick wall of the disinterested and selfish.This research is amazing and groundbreaking. I thought it was amazing at 800,000 years old ice cores. There’s so much more to learn from these deeper ice cores.

I’m Australian but I can remember reading that DT dismissed the pandemic plans (playbook)left for him by the Obama Administration. The whole purpose was to prepare for such catastrophic events. Climate change will exacerbate viruses. Stupidity will sink us and science will save us.

Tragic! Goodness I really think we need to pay accredited doctors and scientists to help counter the misinformation from pseudo science.Also add easy links with simple explanations to educate and debunk dud info.Of course the info needs to be solid science.We need good communicators with charisma.
