My son, diagnosed with high-functioning ASD, sent me this text tonight. While I know he was joking, the blatantly false proclamation by the brain-worm guy and fascist-in-chief will drive division in families, further demonise women, and stymie research in neurodiversity.

@theguardian.com as other papers capitulate to MAGA fascism, the last paragraph of "Judge rejects Trump administration request to unseal Ghislaine Maxwell grand jury transcripts" is worrying. Mr Clinton was President of the US (not "ex-secretary of state") whereas Mrs Clinton was Secretary of State.

Hope is complicated for me, and I've struggled to find it since the election due to the seeming capitulation of the media, the current administration, and those with power to an incoming oligarchical, white-supremacist, fascist kakistocracy.
But hope is more than wishing; it requires we take action.
