It grows on you. The photos app is so much better I find it worth any of the other downsides.

I have been in the habit of putting scare quotes around "AI," but I think I like A"I" better because it emphasizes what isn't real.

We have plenty of evidence, but who’s going to do anything with it at this point? Using their own tools to defang them could help bring justice. I guess the only positive either way is that every time AI is used they lose an unsustainable amount of money so the problem may take care of itself!

They’re terrible at PR. They would probably get more sympathy and support if they actually had the balls to go to the actually scary neighborhoods. Instead they get to twiddle their thumbs and look stupid all day.
