First and Green apartment building is making more progress, some kind of excavation work at the Circle K across the street and the Bromley expansion site is empty.
The project at 201 East Green St is expected to start in the fall of 2025, while the 111 East Green project is still in development. Both developments could be completed by June 2028.

CORE plans to develop two separate projects: The first, located at 201 E Green St, involves constructing a 16-story, 491-unit, 1,578-bed building with ground-floor commercial. The second, at 111 E Green St, proposes a 7-story, 135-unit, 453-bed building, featuring ground-floor commercial space.

KDR sold to Smith Apartments in August, they own a good chunk of that block apparently. I couldn't remember which house bought the empty lot, but it's gonna be another Green St "kwality" now.

First floor is blocked up at First and Armory and it looks like Kappa Delta Rho house is coming down. Surprising since it is on the National Register of Historic Places.
